About delivery
Due to the nature of our products, there are some areas we are not able to deliver to. Please see below for details.

About shipping dates and time slots
The goods will be delivered by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko). You can specify the date and time slot of the delivery.
Please note that you may not be able to specify the date and time slot in some areas. (For more details please contact Yamato Transport.)
We will do our best to deliver on time, but please understand that it may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions, disasters, accidents, weather, etc. Also, please note that we do not refund or accept cancellations for such delays.
About shipping charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination and weight.

Payment
Credit card
We accept JCB, VISA, Mastercard and AMERICAN EXPRESS. The amount will be automatically deducted from your designated bank account in accordance with the terms and conditions of your credit card issuer.
* PayPal and Amazon Pay are available in case of payment processing systems.
* We only accept payment in full for credit card payments.
* No handling charge.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only when delivering to the purchaser directly. The payment must be in cash in exchange for the goods at the time of delivery. A flat rate cash on delivery fee will be applied in addition to the shipping charge.
* Cash on delivery fee: 300 yen (tax excluded) if total purchase amount is less than 10,000 yen, 400 yen (tax excluded) if 10,000 yen or more.

Returns and Cancellation
If you cancel your order, please contact us at least 2 days before the shipping date. Cancellations after that will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of the product.
If you receive damaged or defective goods upon delivery, please contact us within 2 days of reception. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
* Please note that we are not responsible for any product that cannot be delivered due to the customer, such as absence at the delivery address.
