Masashi YAMANO (山野 将志)
Born in 1977, lives in Nara prefecture
Works at “Tampopo House” since 1995
“Able Art Company” registered artist since 2007
He draws and paints as if in a direct dialogue with plants, animals or insects. His strong lines and rich colours embody forests and the sky that he can feel with his whole body. Going out, eating or chatting with people… everything is connected and used as essential elements to express himself. His works are exhibited publicly in cultural institutions, companies and parks.

Spring “The laughing Mountain”
Harumi MINAMI (味波 晴巳)
Born in 1953, lives in Nara prefecture
After graduating from high school, studied painting at an art preparatory school in Tokyo. After 8 years in Tokyo, returned to Nara.
Works at the “Good Job! Center KASHIBA” since 2018
He has been observing ants since he was a little boy. He expresses the world seen from an ant’s point of view. “Ants are everywhere, wherever I am, so it’s easy to add them to in any picture”, he said. He also says he can draw ants without any deep thinking, but his ants are carefully placed in his work─in a world where no one will step on them.

Shyly captures objects and animals with a pure and delicate gaze, and pursues form and colour from her sincere heart. She creates small, warm and rounded shapes of life─her unique clay creations resonate with people and bring happiness to everyone.
